John Posimato started his career as a Freelance Art Director in 1978.  He worked on numerous projects for companies like Coca-Cola, Pepsi International, and Miller Light.  He also worked on commercials and music videos featuring names like Michael Jackson, Paul McCartney, Lionel Richie, Pat Benatar, Dolly Parton and Kenny Rodgers.  He was the Art Director for numerous directors including Jeff Lovinger, Peter Cooper, Alan Dennis, Don Guy and Dan Nichols.
Select clients included:  P&G, Lever Bros, Pepsi, Chrysler, GM, Goodyear and Johnson & Johnson.

In 1985, he began Executive Producing. He partnered with Dan Quinn Productions whose projects included:  Kodak, Crystal Light, Bolla Wines, Trump International and Volkswagen.  He also was a freelance Executive Producer for clients like Coors, Hershey, Budweiser, Bell Atlantic, New England Bell, Amtrack and Kemper Insurance.

He joined EUE/Screen Gems in 1991 as an Executive Producer and Assistant Director.  His various responsibilities with the company include bidding, producing and assistant directing film, video and print projects for a wide number of clients a few of which include Church & Dwight, Johnson & Johnson, Clorox, P&G, Burger King, Anhauser Bush, Kellogg’s, Mattel, Best Foods, Frito-Lay, Post, Revlon and L’Oreal, Verizon, Adams Theraputic, Chattem and Office Depot.
